It 's definitely the most exciting phase, and intensive educational intervention of this, where everything is clear.
See the talented, the shy, what he thinks quickly, who is building a strategy, who wins his fears, what they struggle to learn and share, well ... gave clear the personalities of individuals and groups "class", some distracted, others are fully involved.
Fantastic, really a great experience.
Not to mention the outline (the children and young to become attached, those who want to enroll in courses at once, the children "difficult" for the first time find their size in which to express themselves and get attention) and the objectives "cross" as teaching respect, sharing , to support members of their group, the courtesy and kindness, friendship before and after the fight, and so on.
Also indirectly (but not too much), some educate teachers through the way they do, to his satisfaction: having the attention of the children without shouting, working with two classes historically unleashed in absolute tranquility, get respect, collaboration involvement and motivating, rather than threatening, has been welcomed by those who already did, and has created some unease in those who, instead of, or used different methods (and ineffective) or who, because of personal frustration, if not even tried to boycott, at least to diminish the work that was taking place.
The provisional budget of this experience, however, is very positive, confirming how the Brazilian jiu jitsu is actually a martial art, sport, education, ethics and effective means of increasing the potential of people.
